Weekly Launches operates on a weekly cycle, with a new leaderboard that goes live every Monday at 09 UTC. All submitted products compete for visibility for the full 7-day week, before rankings reset for the next cycle.
Public platform metrics at the time of writing include 2 active live launches for week 38 (September 14-20 2026), 12 total tracked launches across all time, and 4,820 registered founder users.
Users can browse submitted products with 4 built-in sort filters:
Featured: Curated platform selection of highlighted products
Trending: Products that are gaining momentum independent of their launch date
Newest: Most recently added product submissions
Most Upvoted: Products with the highest community upvote counts
Products are also organized into 12 dedicated browse categories: AI, SaaS, Developer Tools, Productivity, Marketing, Design, Finance, E-commerce, Mobile Apps, Open Source, No-Code, and Analytics.
For Founders
Registered founders get access to dedicated tools to manage their product launches:
Product submission flow to add new launches to the weekly competition
Personal dashboard with launch performance tracking
Built-in analytics to view visitor and engagement metrics for their listed product
Free embeddable badges that founders can place on their own websites or social profiles to show their Weekly Launches listing
Public launch checklist guide with best practices for new product releases
The platform includes a public community feed where founders can post updates, milestones, questions, and announcements outside of formal launch submissions. All community activity follows published public guidelines, and the platform has a clear public explanation of how weekly ranking is calculated.
Users can also subscribe to the free weekly newsletter, which sends one email per week featuring the top 10 highest ranked launches, category winners, and a short note from the top performing founder of the week. No sponsored slots are included in the newsletter content.
Supported Audience
Weekly Launches is built for indie founders, side project creators, SaaS startup teams, AI tool builders, and developer teams looking to announce new public releases. It does not require paid submission to list a product, and all ranking is determined by community engagement.
