Nainly - Accelerate Your Job Search with Automation and Expert Resume Optimization

Core Capabilities

Nainly delivers end-to-end career marketing support that removes most of the manual work of a traditional job search. All campaigns start with a detailed human-led resume assessment, followed by professional rewriting to optimize the document for applicant tracking systems. The platform then uses proprietary automation technology to distribute the optimized resume at scale to verified relevant company contacts. The automated outreach sends personalized messages in your name, follows up automatically, and pauses immediately when a recipient replies to avoid accidental duplicate messages.

The system can reach companies with open public job postings, as well as target lookalike companies that have no active roles advertised, so you can access the unadvertised job market. All incoming responses and interview requests are forwarded directly to your inbox.

Workflow

The standard campaign process runs in four sequential steps:

1. Consultation: The team reviews your career goals, target industries, and current professional experience during an initial free call.

2. Assessment: Your existing resume gets a full analysis against current hiring industry standards.

3. Resume Writing: A professional writer creates a new optimized version of your resume tailored to your target roles.

4. Campaign Launch: The automation system distributes your resume to matching industry contacts across your target geography and sector.
