🔥 Why Teams Are Switching to AI-Powered Goal Management
The traditional approach to goal tracking has three fatal flaws:
- The spreadsheet syndrome - Static documents that never reflect real-time progress
- The accountability gap - No one notices when goals start slipping until it's too late
- The busywork black hole - More time spent tracking than actually executing
Brev solves these with:
- Continuous monitoring - Your goals never go "out of sight, out of mind"
- Automated progress tracking - Less manual updates, more actual work
- Intelligent coaching - The system learns what works for your team
